Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Demo Class

Every new student is entitled to one free demo class per subject. The demo class carries no obligation, and no payment information is required to book it. If you choose not to continue after the demo, there is nothing to cancel or pay.

Class Cancellations by Students

Students or parents may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session with the following guidelines:

• 24+ hours notice: The session can be rescheduled at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours notice: The session may be marked as completed or a late cancellation fee may apply, at the discretion of the Education Manager.
• No-shows: If a student misses a session without prior notice, the session will be counted as completed.

Class Cancellations by Expert Guru

In the rare event that Expert Guru needs to cancel a session (due to tutor unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit or refund will be issued for the affected session.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please email us at info@expertguru.net with the following information:

• Student name and parent/guardian name
• Registered email address
• Reason for the refund request
• Payment receipt or transaction ID

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that any bank processing fees are non-refundable.

Discontinuing Services

Students may discontinue tutoring services at any time by notifying their Education Manager or emailing info@expertguru.net. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. You only pay for the sessions you use.

Changes to This Policy

Expert Guru reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
