Expert Guru is an online tutoring platform. All our services — including 1-on-1 tutoring sessions, study materials, and progress reports — are delivered digitally via our online platform. There are no physical products to ship.

Service Delivery

Once you enroll and complete payment, here's how our services are delivered:

• Account Access: You will receive login credentials for our tutoring portal within 24 hours of enrollment confirmation.
• Session Scheduling: Your Education Manager will coordinate session schedules within 48 hours of enrollment.
• Tutoring Sessions: All sessions are conducted online via video conferencing with an interactive whiteboard.
• Study Materials: Any supplementary materials, worksheets, or resources are shared digitally through the portal or email.
• Progress Reports: Monthly progress reports are delivered via email or through the parent portal.

Requirements for Service Delivery

To receive our services, you will need:

• A laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and microphone
• A stable internet connection (broadband recommended)
• A quiet, distraction-free learning environment

Service Availability

Our tutoring sessions are available 7 days a week. Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability between the tutor and the student, across all time zones. Our platform is accessible 24/7 for portal access, resources, and support.
