By enrolling in any course, program, or tutoring package on expertguru.net, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Expert Guru provides both digital learning content and live tutoring services. Since significant time, effort, and tutor allocation are involved:
- All purchases are final, except under specific conditions listed below.
- Refunds, if applicable, are issued only at the sole discretion of DG Tutor.
- Once course access or session schedules are provided, refund eligibility decreases.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are processed only after internal review.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Course Enrollment Cancellation
You may request cancellation before your first session or before accessing any course material.
Cancellations may be approved if:
- No live class has been attended
- No digital content has been accessed
- No tutor time has been allocated
2.2 Session or Class Cancellation
For one-on-one or group classes:
- Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
- To reschedule a session, the request must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations are counted as completed sessions.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
3.1 Before Course Access
A partial refund may be issued if:
- You have not attended any session
- You have not accessed any learning material
- You request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase
3.2 Technical Issues (Verified)
If a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing the course, and it cannot be resolved:
- A partial or full refund may be issued
- Verification is required by our support team
3.3 Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make duplicate payments:
- The extra amount will be refunded in full after verification
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You have attended one or more sessions
- You have accessed course materials, recordings, or practice tests
- You miss classes due to personal reasons
- You decide you “no longer need the course” after starting it
- Discounts, promotions, or special-offer purchases
- Tutor changes or session pattern adjustments
- Score improvement not meeting expectations (results vary by student effort)
5. Refund Process
If you qualify for a refund:
- Submit a written request to our support team
- Provide transaction details and reason for the refund
- Our team will review your request within 7–10 business days
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

6. Transfer or Course Change Requests
Instead of a refund, you may request:
- Course transfer
- Upgrade or downgrade
- Credit for future classes
Approval depends on the course type, availability, and usage status.
